Second opinions for family members
Requesting a second opinion for a relative? The radiologist may only share the report with you if the patient releases them from medical confidentiality in writing.
- Download the form and have the patient fill it in and sign it.
- Email the signed form to service@second-view.eu, ideally together with your request.
- Upload the images as usual, using the patient’s details.
Enter the physician’s name if you already know it. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email.
